Profile and settings
Open the menu under your profile picture and choose Account settings. Settings has three tabs: Account, Preferences and Payment.
Your profile
Section titled “Your profile”On the Account tab, under Your Profile:
- First Name and Last Name: shown to hosts and other guests. Your display name can’t be empty.
- Profile Picture: choose Choose File to upload a photo, or Change File to replace it.
- Username: 3–20 characters, using letters, numbers, periods or underscores. It must not already be taken.
- Bio: a short line about you.
- Social Links: Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and your website. They appear as icons on your profile.
Choose Save when you’re done.
On Preferences → Display, choose System (follow your device), Light or Dark.
Language
Section titled “Language”On Preferences → Language, choose English (UK), English (US), Nederlands or 简体中文. The app switches straight away. Emails and notifications GatherEasy sends you use this language too.
Time zone
Section titled “Time zone”On Preferences → Timezone, choose your time zone. It’s used for new events you create and for showing times when you’re in a different zone from an event.
